All 1x8 Enhanced Telecom Modules with a date code of
2303 (23rd week of 2003) or earlier.

| Reason for recall: |
|
The module's "BRIDGE" jack bypasses the "SECURITY" port
jack when additional telecommunication devices are
connected via the module's "BRIDGE" port jack. The
potential exists for an "off-hook" telecom device, such
as a phone or computer, to interfere with communications
from the connected security panel to an alarm monitoring
receiver.

| How to return: |
|
DISTRIBUTORS should identify recalled
product in their stock and contact OnQ/Legrand
immediately at (800) 321-2343, Option #4 to obtain an
RMA to return the products. Upon receipt, OnQ will ship
replacement products to the distributor to replenish
stock.
INSTALLERS should return the recalled
product directly to OnQ/Legrand. To begin this
process, you must contact us at (800) 321-2343, Option
#4 to obtain an RMA or use the online form below. Once
your request is received, we will provide you with
additional instructions regarding shipment and
processing.
