Harrisburg, PA, March 22, 2007 - Bill Clark Homes, a leader in North and South Carolina new home construction,
today announced a three-year exclusive contract with On-Q/Legrand. More
than 1,500 new Bill Clark homes will include On-Q systems for telephone and

upgrade their home system to include other On-Q features, such as intercoms,
whole-home audio, and camera systems.
