Harrisburg, PA/Orem, UT, August 15, 2007 - On-Q/Legrand, the leader in home systems, and Vantage/Legrand, a leading manufacturer
of lighting control and home automation systems, announced today a strategic
product alliance to solidify the companies' leadership positions in the home
systems market.
On-Q/Legrand will continue offering branded home system technologies through
its distribution channel to reach the starter to semi-custom home market. In
addition, On-Q/Legrand will market UStec products including the ceLAN and iLAN
series under the On-Q brand to improve availability through national distribution.
Vantage/Legrand will begin offering its customers a high-end line of structured
wiring products starting with the UStec ProLAN series that will be marketed
under the Vantage brand. The company will continue to offer its branded home
systems direct to dealers to reach the luxury home segment.Vantage will leverage
On-Q technologies, as well as other technologies available through Legrand
North America, to continue to develop its structured wiring line.

On-Q's iLAN and ceLAN products will be available in distribution by January
1, 2008. The ProLAN will be available direct to Vantage dealers beginning January
